Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Brea Regional Animal Hospital's online booking service. By booking an appointment through this site, you agree to them.

Using the booking service

The service lets you book, reschedule, and cancel appointments for your pets. You agree to provide accurate contact and pet information — it becomes part of your pet's file with us. Appointments are confirmed per the booking flow: most bookings confirm immediately; bookings that require a deposit confirm once the deposit payment completes. A deposit booking not paid within 30 minutes releases the held time.

Deposits

Some services (currently surgical spay/neuter and dental visits) require a deposit to reserve your time. Deposits are nonrefundable and are applied toward the cost of the visit. If you reschedule, your deposit moves with your appointment; cancellations forfeit the deposit. Appointments with a paid deposit are changed or cancelled by phone at (714) 988-4727 so our team can help directly.

Reschedules and cancellations

• Your first two reschedules of an appointment are free.
• From the third reschedule of the same appointment onward, a $25 nonrefundable exam fee applies before the change is made.
• Cancelling an appointment frees the slot for another client. Please cancel as early as you can. [FILL: confirm any late-cancellation/no-show policy]

Text messages (SMS)

With your consent at booking, we send appointment confirmation and reminder texts to the number you provide. Message frequency varies by appointment activity, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number — we do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Medical care

Booking an appointment is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of specific treatment. If your pet is in immediate distress, call us at (714) 988-4727 before booking — or contact the nearest emergency animal hospital.

Limitation of liability

The booking service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brea Regional Animal Hospital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the online booking service itself (such as scheduling errors or service interruptions). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, and nothing here alters the standard of veterinary care owed to your pet.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
