This policy explains what information our online booking service collects, how we use it, and the choices you have — in plain language.

What we collect, and why

• Your contact information — your name, mobile number, and email — so we can identify your file, confirm your bookings, and reach you about your appointments.
• Your pet's information — name, species, breed, and approximate age and weight — so our care team can prepare for the visit.
• Appointment details — the services you request, appointment times, reschedules and cancellations, and (for services that take a deposit) payment status. Card numbers are never collected or stored by us — payments are handled on our payment processor's secure page.
• How you heard about us — optional, used only to understand how clients find the hospital.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in during booking, we send appointment confirmation and reminder text messages to the mobile number you provide.

• We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
• Message frequency varies by appointment activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (714) 988-4727.
• You can also decline text messages by leaving the SMS consent box unchecked when booking — texting is required to complete an online booking, but you can always book by phone instead at (714) 988-4727.

How we use your information

We use the information above to manage your appointments — booking, confirmations, reminders, reschedules, cancellations, and deposits — and to keep your pet's file accurate in our practice management system. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

How it's stored

Your information is stored securely with access limited to our staff and the service providers that operate our booking and practice-management systems on our behalf. We keep appointment records as required for veterinary practice record-keeping.
